Sheema Kalbasi, producer of this documentary and President of Reelcontent Productions, is a human rights activist and an award-winning poet. Her poetry has been translated into 18 languages. Her work is distinguished by her passionate involvement with ethnic and religious minorities' rights. In 1990, she received her first major humanitarian award in Islamabad, Pakistan. In addition, Kalbasi has worked for the United Nations and the Center for non-Afghan Refugees in Pakistan and in Denmark.
